Dr. Larry Acosta is the Founder of the Urban Youth Workers Institute and KIDWORKS and has been training next generation urban pastors and leaders for over 25 years. Larry is now the Executive Director and Multiethnic Church Planting Catalyst for City to City Los Angeles. While overseeing UYWI, Larry has been a long time partner with Star Rock Ministries, working together to connect hundreds of urban at-risk youth to summer camps at YSSC, ECDC and across the west coast. Larry is passionate about getting urban youth to camp and out into God's Creation, to connect with God and the life-giving hope of the gospel!
